[CONTEXT: "GaoRed is a vet" is an inside joke in my toku-watching friend group, I think based on the fact that none of them had watched Gaoranger so all they knew about GaoRed came from his appearnace in Gokaiger, where he is in fact a veterinarian. I don't know the actual origin for sure but it's one of the miscellanious phrases that just stuck in my head.]
